Yea they are great to deal with ;) The plans are made under the Ultimate Guitar brand and are great to use along with being great value :)

They changed the name after they started to supplying other tools and items for Luthiers!

Dave

Bought some plans off them, one plan didn't quite match the summary of its specs listed on their website - the lower bout on the plan was narrower than advertised. I pointed this out and they immediately refunded me the cost of the plan and the money I had spent getting it printed at a local print store. Very good customer service and the plans were otherwise accurate and well drafted so I can forgive them the typo on their website. I would buy from the again.

My experience with this company has been very good.
I bought a set of 00-12VS guitar and template plans from them and they are incredibly well detailed.
I have a guitar about 75% finished based upon using them and everything seems to be working out perfectly.

My order included a total of four plan pages 36" x 48".
They furnish an electronic version that I downloaded and had printed at our local FedEx store...smooth as silk.
I am quite certain I will buy additional plans from them in the future.

BTW...they now offer some very nice tone woods, including some highly flamed koa, and numerous other guitar making supplies.
I've included a copy of their web address if you'd like to take a look at their on-line store.

I bought the plans for my bender from them. Easy to deal with and plan with more detail than I needed. I purchase more plans from them in the future.
